“When I say, "I love you," it's not because I want you or because I can't have you. It has nothing to do with me. I love what you are, what you do, how you try. I've seen your kindness and your strength. I've seen the best and the worst of you. And I understand with perfect clarity exactly what you are." ~Joss Whedon

A friend on facebook shared this quote today.  I find it quite fitting, as it is Valentine's Day. My favorite thing for Valentines Day? Love letters. And so today, my husband and girls are getting them from me. I hope you all have someone whom you love and that love you too. :) People sometimes think of Valentines day as a horrible day when you are not romantically involved, and I can understand that. Really I can. But maybe we can all take it as a reminder, as an opportunity to tell those we love, that we do love them. :)

Hope your Valentines is delicious.

WoW! I thought I always hated valentines because I hate hearts and little teddy bears and heart shaped boxes and heart shaped chocolates, But reading this I had a flash back to second and third grade, when we made envelope mail boxes at school to recieve all our valentines in. Thats a great memory, and the excitment of giving all the kids in your class something, and getting something from everyone in the class. It makes me appreciate it more. I LOVE VALENTINES!!! haha oh the joy
