Pretty Good

I wanted to make cookies today, but I'm low on everything, including patience, and I didn't want to run to the store. Last Christmas, Dustin's Aunt Jeri gave us this recipe for these way easy cookies, and I haven't ever tried the recipe. Until today. They were pretty good, and fast. I wanted to share the recipe, because it's awesome.

Fudge Drop Cookies

1 pkg chocolate cake mix

1/2 cup butter

1 egg

Blend all ingredients together. The batter will be really thick. Roll into balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

How easy is that? I made them with Miaya today. The batter was pretty thick, so she didn't help mix, but she liked using the ice cream scoop to make the balls. And for Mamma, I am sure they have sugar free cake mixes out there. Yep, I just googled it.
